1. All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
2. In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be refundable.
3. Pick-up and drop-off are only from Bhuj Airport or Bhuj Railway Station by AC Coach as per scheduled timings.
4. The Voucher issued for the package for Rann Utsav must be shown with a government-approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter during check-in. For foreign nationals, it’s mandatory to provide a valid Passport & Visa.
5. PAN card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
6. If there’s a delay in arrival of any transportation, the guest will be transported to Dhordo, Tent City in the next available transfer.
7. Late arrivals at Tent City will miss out on meals or other activities without entitlement for compensation.
8. Guests arriving early at Tent City may have to wait at the waiting lounge until their tent is ready.
9. Some adventure sports activities are offered by specialized operators. Undertaking these activities implies understanding their inherent risks. Rann Utsav assumes no responsibility for the activities and services provided by these operators.
10. AC cooling in vehicles will be adjusted to accommodate the majority of guests’ comfort.
11. Any changes regarding check-in dates will incur a 15% amendment charge. Changes can be made up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival. Changes in guest names will be treated as cancellations with associated charges. For changes, email us at Bookings@rann-utsav.in.
12. Guests are responsible for any incidental, personal, and other expenses not mentioned in the inclusions.
13. Rann Utsav is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to care for their valuables.
14. Transfer vehicles are shared and are not for sole use by any guest.
15. The itinerary provided is indicative and is subject to change at Rann Utsav’s discretion.
16. For early or late check-out transfers, inform us during check-in. This may come with additional charges.
17. Transfer timings to and from various sights may vary based on factors like sunset timings and weather.
18. The formation and state of White Rann is natural. Rann Utsav is not responsible for any changes or variations.
19. All tents are non-smoking areas as per government regulations.
20. Guests are expected to abide by house rules and local laws.
21. Rann Utsav reserves the right to cancel reservations for reasons including government events, natural calamities, etc. In such cases, alternative dates or full refunds will be provided.
22. For any baggage-related incidents, Rann Utsav’s liability is capped at INR 50,000/- per tent. Guests are encouraged to get adequate insurance coverage.
23. Any wear and tear during baggage handling is not under Rann Utsav’s liability.
24. Any disputes related to these terms will be addressed under Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
25. Pets are not allowed inside The Tent City.

Inclusions

• Pickup from Bhuj [Railway Station / Airport] to Dhordo Tent City. [All transfers shall be in A.C. Coaches on S.I.C. basis]
• Drop from Dhordo to Bhuj [Railway Station/Airport],
• Complimentary refreshments will be served enroute Dhordo Tent City in the bus.
• Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
• Sightseeing: Visit White Rann on Day 1, visit Dholavira on Day 2, visit Mandvi on Day 3 and visit Kala Dungar on Day 4 in the 4 Nights Package. Visit White Rann on Day 1, visit Dholavira on Day 2 and visit Kala Dungar on Day 3 in 3 Nights Package, whereas visit White Rann on Day 1 and visit Kala Dungar on Day 2 in 2 Nights Package are fixed and cannot be interchanged. Guest/s who have missed the visit as per the itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
• 4 Night/5 Day Package includes: Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 2nd, 3rd & 4th Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 5th Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 5th Day.
• 3 Night/4 Day Package includes: Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 2nd & 3rd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 4th Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 4th Day.
• 2 Night/3 Day Package includes: Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.
• 1 Night/2 Days package includes: Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
• Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.
